Dr. Kyong Choe is one of the most accomplished dentists in the treatment of gum disease near Damascus . Back in the early ‘90s, he earned his educational stripes at the University of Maryland (U.M.D.) in Baltimore, where he completed his B.A. majoring in biology with a minor in economics. He got his D.D.S. in 2002 and finished U.M.D.’s Advanced General Dentistry Residency Program in 2003. Four years later, Dr. Choe furthered his training at the Baltimore Veterans Affairs Hospital and completed U.M.D.’s Periodontics Residency. Finishing his Periodontal Prosthesis Fellowship as the decade drew to a close, Dr. Choe entered the 2010s as a board-certified periodontist.
In addition to his regular dental office practice with Feldman, Fitzgerald & Choe, D.D.S., P.A. in Towson, Maryland, Dr. Choe sees patients on a monthly basis at Damascus Dental Group. His specialties include procedures like implants and broken tooth reconstruction. Additionally, Dr. Choe serves on the faculty of U.M.D.’s School of Dentistry.
